TokenBoards is designed to collect as little data as possible. Free Users We do NOT collect: - Names, email addresses, or personal information from free users - The content of your boards (all board data stays in your browser) - Uploaded images (images are stored locally in your browser session only) Pro Users If you purchase or activate TokenBoards Pro, we may receive limited account information through our payment provider and authentication system, including: - Your email address - Your Pro access status - Authentication/session information required to sign you in securely using magic links We do NOT store your board content on our servers. Technical & Usage Data We may also collect: - Basic anonymous usage analytics via Vercel (such as page views and country-level location) - Temporary IP address information for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting - Basic authentication logs related to magic link sign-ins

TokenBoards Pro uses passwordless “magic link” authentication instead of license keys. When you sign in: - A secure session cookie or authentication token may be stored in your browser - This allows you to stay signed in to your Pro account - These cookies are used only for authentication and app functionality - We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies You can clear authentication data at any time by signing out or clearing your browser cookies.

TokenBoards uses the following third-party services: Pixabay (image search): When you search for images, your search query is sent to Pixabay's API. Pixabay's privacy policy applies to these requests. See: https://pixabay.com/service/privacy/ Authentication Provider: Magic link authentication may be handled through a third-party authentication provider that securely processes login emails and session tokens. Vercel (hosting & analytics): TokenBoards is hosted on Vercel, which may collect standard server logs and anonymous analytics information. See: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

TokenBoards is intended for use by therapists, educators, caregivers, and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13. Although boards created with TokenBoards may be used in educational or therapy settings involving children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Board data (items, images, colors, settings, and layouts) is stored locally in your browser during your session. We do not store your board content on our servers unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise. Authentication/session data for Pro accounts may be stored securely through cookies or your authentication provider in order to keep you signed in.

You can: - Sign out of your account at any time - Clear local data by clearing your browser cookies and cache - Contact us to request information we may hold about your account - Request deletion of account-related information where applicable
