Terms of Service

By using TokenBoards ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

TokenBoards is a web-based tool that allows users to create visual boards (token boards, choice boards, target boards, and first/then boards) for use in ABA therapy and related educational settings. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for use by licensed professionals.

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The free tier includes core functionality with certain limitations (image search limits, watermark on prints). The Pro tier, available for a one-time fee, removes these limitations. Pro licenses are non-transferable and are intended for use by a single user on their own devices. Sharing license keys is not permitted.

You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or paid features without payment - Upload images that are illegal, obscene, or violate third-party intellectual property rights - Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our API endpoints maliciously - Share, resell, or distribute your Pro license key You are responsible for all content you upload to or create with the Service.

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you confirm you have the right to use them. Images sourced through our Pixabay integration are subject to Pixabay's license terms. Most Pixabay images are free for commercial and non-commercial use, but please verify the license for any image you use in a professional context. We do not store your uploaded images on our servers. All images remain in your browser session only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TokenBoards is a tool to assist ABA professionals — it is not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, or professional judgment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKENBOARDS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Pro licenses are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Pro features, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
