How many tokens should the board have?
The PDFs above have five tokens. The right number depends on how long your learner can work before the reward. A common approach is to start small so the first reward comes quickly, then add tokens as they get the hang of it. Each size below opens in the editor, where you can change the count, the pictures and the reward.
3 token board
A short ask. Good for a first board, or a learner who needs a quick win.

Make a 10 token board
The editor goes from 3 to 20 tokens. Free boards can be printed or saved as a PDF with a small watermark; Pro removes it.
How to use the token boards
- Print on US Letter paper, landscape. Cardstock or laminating makes it last.
- Cut out the tokens along the dashed lines.
- Stick a piece of Velcro on each token and on each box on the board.
- Write or draw the reward in the square next to "I am working for", then start earning.
